"In April, 2016, I received a call that every homeowner fears - there was a fire at our home. Once it was extinguished, I walked through the wreckage in shock, unable to imagine how it could ever be rebuilt. For the demolition portion of the repair, the insurance adjuster contacted Kevin Provencher Building to do the work. I met Kevin on the sidewalk in front of the house, and he was incredibly compassionate and kind. "We had several pipes burst in December and struggled to get the insurance company to get moving forward on the claim. Kevin Provencher Building & Remodeling was an independent contractor for the insurance company that came in to quote and was very compassionate. The fact that we had gone several months with limited usage of our home due to the water damage. They had a quote to us the next day and we felt was the right fit for our project. Kevin and his crew were phenomenal. All of the crew were hard working and extremely professional. Always on time, polite and they cleaned up after themselves every day they were there. Overall the entire process was pretty painless, my husband and I had to work most of the days they were there. The office coordinator Renae checked in regularly and updated what was going on along the way. She was extremely knowledgeable and she worked with the insurance company on the claim so there was very little we needed to do. The quality of the work was excellent, they were respectful of our pets and belongings and the work was done in an incredibly fast amount of time.
